Lead and supervise plumbing crews performing rough-in installations on new construction and custom home projects;
Plan and execute rough-in plumbing layouts based on blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications;
Install, repair, and maintain piping systems and plumbing fixtures using materials such as cast iron, PVC, copper, and PEX;
Coordinate daily activities with project managers, contractors, and other trades to align schedules and resolve conflicts;
Schedule daily work, assign tasks to crew members, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of milestones
