• Conducting thorough home inspections, including entering crawl spaces and attics to locate vulnerabilities.
• Inspect properties for termite activity, identify treatment needs, prepare estimates, and confidently present termite service recommendations.
• Servicing residential locations to prevent, control, and eliminate general pests and wood-destroying infestations.
• Working comfortably with insects, pests, and wildlife in a variety of outdoor environmental conditions and confined spaces.
• Maintaining a high level of reliable, professional service across all assigned client accounts.
• Working efficiently both independently out in the field and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Driving Record:
  Minimum of 5 years of driving experience (Required)
• Knowledge:
  Termite behavior, inspection techniques, and treatment methods is preferred.
