• Assist Lead Installers with daily setup, safety prep, and job site organization.
• Learn specialized trades including cutting, fabricating, and installing seamless gutters and guards.
• Master advanced skills in ladder safety, power tool operation, and exterior construction.
• Interact professionally with clients alongside your team leader.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of general construction, carpentry, roofing, or exterior remodeling experience.
• Attitude: Positive, eager to build on existing skills, and team-oriented.
• Stamina: Ability to work outdoors comfortably in all weather conditions.
• Reliability: Punctual, driven, and willing to work overtime when needed.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
