The Town of Apex is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for preventive maintenance and repair activities on Town facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry. Duties include checking and servicing generators, boilers and HVAC systems, troubleshooting problems, replacing parts and making minor repairs as needed.
