Carpenter / Maintenance Technician - Apex, NC

Direct Hire - $25-$30/hr DOE. Established industry leader in Apex is looking for a hands-on Carpenter/Maintenance Technician to join the team. If you're experienced with carpentry, repairs, and general maintenance, we want to talk to you.

• $25-$30/hour based on experience

• Build, repair, and refurbish furniture, fixtures, displays, and other inventory items
• Perform carpentry work including framing, drywall, trim, molding, and repairs
• Handle routine facility maintenance, painting, patching, and renovations
• Troubleshoot and complete minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work independently and complete projects with quality workmanship

• 3+ years of carpentry, construction, or maintenance experience
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of general building repairs and maintenance
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

• Commercial maintenance experience
• Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or painting knowledge
• Trade school training or OSHA certification
