Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior People Soft Engineer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for People Soft HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in People Tools, People Code, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and People Soft architecture.

• Develop People Soft customizations using People Tools, People Code, and Application Designer.
• Build Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layouts.
• Develop SQR, BI Publisher, and AWE workflows.
• Optimize SQL performance and support People Soft upgrades and patches.
• Collaborate with functional teams, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior developers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of People Soft technical development experience.
• Strong experience with People Tools, People Code, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL.
• Knowledge of People Soft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
• Experience supporting People Soft upgrades and AWE.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• People Soft certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Fluid UI.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database administration.
