We are looking for an entry-level Dispatcher in the Logistics Department for a fast paced warehouse. The ideal candidate would be comfortable delegating day to day dispatching of delivery personnel and truck fleet and asisting with other duties as instructed by management. Dispatcher

Shift: 1st shift M-F
Starting Pay: 22-25/hr
Payment:
Weekly

• Dispatch Coordination:
  Assist with dispatching delivery personnel and vehicles
• Driver Communication:
  Maintain continuous communication with drivers
• Client Updates:
  Notify clients promptly about any delivery changes
• Cross-Training:
  Participate in cross-training activities, including learning to drive smaller vehicles and beginning training on up to 26' crew cabs if applicable.
• POR Proficiency:
  Develop proficiency in the POR Dispatch module
• Route Troubleshooting:
  Assist in troubleshooting route-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.
• Team Support:
  Work collaboratively with the Lead Dispatcher, Warehouse Manager, and team to maintain high standards of delivery operations.

• Ability to work independently and resolve issues
