Principal duties and job responsibilities:
- Install and support production environment for assigned applications
- Communicate with users regarding all aspects of assigned applications
- Work with networking and server staff, as required, to provide proper end-user connectivity
- Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on any device as requested by user
- Assist with budget allocation, purchasing, and inventory support needed for projects
- Create, update, follow and maintain necessary documentation regarding application
- Design and execute test plans, test scenarios and resolves issues revealed during testing before implementation
- Lead and/or participate in special projects
- Help fellow team mates, to improve teamwork, knowledge, and customer service
- Follow standards for devices, software and access, as approved and directed by the Senior Leadership
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within the scheduled deadlines
- Take appropriate direction from Project Lead and/or Manager
Knowledge and skills required:
- Basic Networking
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Skype, Office 365 Suite)
- Proficient Excel Skills
- Demonstrates effective trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
