We are looking for a driven Spa Sales Associate with a strong sales background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by results, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Compensation

Key Responsibilities

* Actively sell spa services, packages, and memberships

* Convert inquiries, consultations, and leads into booked appointments

* Follow up with prospective and existing clients to drive conversions and retention

* Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

* Educate clients on services, treatment plans, and promotions

* Accurately document sales activity and client interactions

* Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

* Proven sales experience required

* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

* Strong communication, closing, and follow-up skills

* Professional, confident, and customer-focused

* Comfortable in a performance-driven environment

* Spa, wellness, medical aesthetics, or luxury retail experience is a plus
