What We're Looking For - Plumber Foreman:
* 8+ years of commercial plumbing experience (Journeyman or Master level)
* Proven foreman/supervisory experience managing crews of 4-10
* Mastery of commercial systems: medical gas, hydronic, process piping, large-scale fit-outs
* Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and daily reporting
* Strong safety leadership, quality control, and client communication skills
* Valid FL plumbing license (or reciprocity) and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
* Lead plumbing crews on multi-million-dollar projects from mobilization to closeout
* Coordinate with GCs, superintendents, and VMG project managers
* Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity targets
* Mentor apprentices/journeymen and conduct toolbox talks
* Manage material take-offs, daily logs, and change order documentation
