Josko Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician specialized in multi-family and residential services to join our team in Apopka, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical systems, maintenance, and repair, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the multi-family housing sector. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in multi-family and residential install repairs according to local codes and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination of electrical work within multi-family residential projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to effectively execute electrical tasks.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven service experience in electrical work, specifically in multi-family residential settings.
- Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and components relevant to multi-family housing.
- Journeyman electrician's license in the state of practice.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform tasks efficiently and independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and working in various conditions.
• Willing to work overtime, on weekends and holidays.
- Additional certifications or training in electrical systems or related fields.
- Experience with low-voltage systems or renewable energy solutions.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient electrical practices for multi-family residences.
