Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned HVAC/R maintenance with precision and professionalism
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC and electrical systems
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• Perform service repairs and compressor changeouts on high-horsepower equipment
• Work safely and follow company and industry safety standards
• Deliver strong service and communication to clients

Experience with refrigeration or rack systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC/R experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• OEM certifications are a plus
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical work in indoor and outdoor environments
