Operate heavy machinery including dozers, excavators, skid steers, and graders for roadway construction;
Conduct daily pre-operational checks and complete equipment condition reports;
Maintain cleanliness of equipment: sweep cabs daily, remove trash, clean interiors weekly, and lubricate as needed;
Follow all company safety procedures and ensure compliance on-site;
Communicate effectively with the Project Superintendent and other team members
