Our 100,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility in Apopka, FL serves as a strategic logistics hub, supporting major commercial, industrial, and aeronautical projects across the Southeast and beyond. RANDALL OFFSITE CONSTRUCTION specializes in the integration of Completely Prefabricated Bathroom Pods for hotel, dormitory, medical and multi-family ground-up construction projects. Randall Offsite Construction (Pods) is currently seeking skilled Carpenters / Multi Trade Craftspeople to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters and manufacturing facility.

Position Summary Our Carpenters / Multi Trade Craftspeople to manufacture our Bathroom Pods from framing to finish fit-out completion.

Qualifications

Must be familiar with proper use of PPE and basic OSHA rules Must be able to provide his own transportation to and from work. Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements GED or equivalent diploma Knowledge blueprint and isometric drawing reading Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Communication:
Effective English or Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills are a must have Teamwork:
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to achieve quality objectives and project success. Safety:
Commitment to adhering to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others. Physical Requirements This is primarily a field or jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch and lift as required by the job, and be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
