* ** Order Puller/ Picker Packer:*
* + Picking products from shelves based on order lists or scanner instructions

+ Packing items securely for shipping

+ Labeling boxes and preparing shipping documents

+ Checking orders for accuracy and damage

+ Using barcode scanners and warehouse software

+ Loading/unloading shipments

+ Organizing inventory and keeping the warehouse clean

+ Following safety procedures and company policies

+ Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets

+ Operating equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (sometimes required)

+ Ability to lift, carry, and move packages (commonly 25-50 lbs)

+ Basic math and reading skills

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for long hours

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

+ Basic computer or barcode scanner experience

+ Good communication and teamwork skills

+ Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

+ Time management
