• Alternate:
  5x8-hour shifts

• Must be available on Fridays

• Focused Clinical Scope

• Primarily adult medicine

• Limited pediatric care

• Opportunities for in-office procedures (training provided if needed)

• Stable, full-time position with a loyal patient base

• Mentorship overlap during onboarding

• Work alongside a cohesive team of one physician and one APP

• Procedural training available (e.g., dermatologic procedures, toenail removals)

• EHR:
  Next Gen experience preferred, but not required

• Licensure

  Active CA license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

  • Ideally a “plug-and-play” provider who can hit the ground running

  • Open to new grads with the right fit and confidence

• Language

  Spanish fluency is a plus (not required)

  Must be comfortable using EHR systems

  Adaptable, team-oriented, and ready for a busy clinical pace

• Local candidates preferred (no relocation assistance currently available)

  Single-site outpatient clinic — no travel required

  Target of 22+ patients per 10-hour shift
