RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Day shift, 4x10 hours (07:00 - 17:30) with on-call requirements for weeknights and weekends.

The Cath Lab Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in a diagnostic cardiac catheterization lab. The role includes assisting with a range of procedures such as cardiac stenting, right and left heart catheterizations, and other interventional cardiac procedures.

• Conducting patient assessments to determine the need for catheterization procedures.
• Preparing and administering medications as per physician orders.
• Assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures.
• Monitoring patients during procedures for any complications or adverse reactions.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Documenting patient care accurately in the electronic health record.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with diagnostic cardiac procedures and stent placement.
• Must possess a valid California RN license.
