Job Details- Schedule:
Nights, 12 shift hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. - Required Qualifications:
Valid California RN license in hand;
Basic Life Support (BLS);
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP);
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); at least 1 year of specialty experience; charting experience using Epic. - Preferred Qualifications:

Unit-level care includes Level III NICU experience and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU III) experience. The role may include floating to Mother/Baby as needed, and weekend coverage is typically every other weekend (with possible extension to meet unit needs). Rounding and staffing may require hard‑stop ratios up to 1:3 based on acuity.
