Branch Pest Control Technician

We're hiring a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician to help protect homes and businesses throughout San Bernardino County, CA. You'll enjoy variety in your workdays and perform fulfilling hands‑on work that positively impacts every client!

• Pay: $50,000 – $85,000+ per year (base pay & performance/production bonuses).

  Flexible day‑shift hours across Southern California.

• Inspect homes and businesses for signs of pests before performing safe and compliant removal and heat treatment services.
• Follow all regulations and company policies as you remove bed bugs, structural pests, and more.
• Document your work in accurate service reports.
• Maintain a clean and well‑maintained work truck and equipment.
• Treat every client and property with respect.

• Valid California Branch 2 license.
• Current California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined and heated environments.
• Capability to serve locations throughout San Bernardino County, CA.
• Professional appearance and customer‑service‑focused attitude.

• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish).
• Commercial pest control experience.
• Heat treatment experience.
