Job Title:Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
Support our Financial Advisors and the client service model by providing comprehensive administrative and front‑desk assistance. This on‑site, Monday‑Friday position requires a professional, service‑oriented individual who can manage client interactions and office operations efficiently.
Responsibilities- Call existing clients to schedule annual review meetings.
- Handle incoming client calls for appointments and service needs.
- Enthusiastically greet and welcome clients and prospects in for meetings.
- Prepare and maintain beverage stations and obtain beverages for clients.
- Manage incoming and outgoing USPS and UPS mail deliveries.
- Ensure reception and conference rooms are prepared for client visits.
- Assist with various office projects as requested under the direction of the manager.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain client files, including filing, copies, and data entry.
- Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and vendor presentations to keep up‑to‑date knowledge of industry, products, and company offerings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of full‑time work experience.
- Professional presence; service‑oriented; positive and friendly attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation; prioritizes completing accurate work.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Problem‑solving skills, ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Base salary range: $24.00–$28.00 per hour (approx. $50,000–$58,000 per year). Eligible for an annual bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage;
