We’re partnering with a well-respected commercial general contractor to hire an experienced Project Manager II who brings a rare combination of strong project execution and exceptional proposal writing skills
. This role is ideal for a construction professional who not only excels at managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, but also plays a key role in RFP responses, pursuit strategy, and winning new work
. You’ll be a visible contributor to both operations and business development, helping shape how the company presents itself to clients and partners.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring strong performance in safety, schedule, quality, and cost
• Lead and support RFP responses and proposal development
  , partnering with leadership and business development teams
• Contribute to pursuit strategy, client presentations, and interview preparation
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, scope development, and bid preparation
• Review contract documents and site conditions to guide construction means and methods
• Forecast project financials and prepare monthly reports and project reviews
• Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development through industry engagement

• Minimum 6+ years of full-scope project management experience in commercial construction
• Proven strength in construction proposal writing
  , including RFP responses, scope narratives, and interview materials
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate technical content into clear, client-facing proposals
• Working knowledge of Procore preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
