Compensation Range: $52,308-$123,452 (Depending on Education and Experience)

Position DescriptionThe Belonging and Achievement Partner Teacher reports directly to the Director of Equity and Inclusion, in collaboration with Teacher & Learning. This role is a proactive, data-driven position focused on creating lasting Tier 1 instructional shifts to improve outcomes for students who have been historically marginalized, while benefiting all students. This role provides extended, in-class partner teaching (similar to co‑teaching) specific to Tier 1 practices that supports teacher growth while directly benefiting students.
This is a three‑year position. Following a 3‑year term, incumbents may re‑apply and will be considered an internal candidate with other WEA teachers.
- Valid Teaching license required
- BA Degree required.
- 3+ years classroom teaching experience.
- Culturally responsive protocols experience, required.
- Basic Needs experience, required.
- Warm Demander concepts experience, preferred.
- Coaching and professional development experience, preferred
