Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex

Position Summary

Leads and develops teams effectively through coaching, training, and active listening, ensuring clear expectations, customer service standards, and effective use of technology and business initiatives.

Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, implements store community outreach programs, and resolves customer complaints to drive a high-quality experience.

Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions.

Provides supervision and development for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and fostering a sense of belonging.

Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, building relationships with stakeholders, communicating goals, measuring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Ensures compliance with company policies, supports the open door policy, and upholds Walmart’s values and integrity.

Builds high performing teams that embrace differences, create belonging, and promote continuous learning.

Act with integrity, support company goals, and serve customers and members by applying business models and data-driven decisions.

• 2 years of college OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Completion of required firearms or ammunition background checks and certifications, as applicable.
• Mandatory training and assessments, including Academy and Open Door trainings.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or similar, with completion of related certifications.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Annual salary range: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00. Additional compensation may include regional pay zone adjustments and complex structure bonuses.
