Bright Path is seeking a Program Coordinator to serve as the on-site lead when the manager is not present for adolescent males with intellectual/developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors. You will provide direct care, ensure care plans are followed, train staff, manage medications, and keep the home compliant with 245D regulations.
This full-time role offers 4 days per week with 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts and on-call rotation.
