About Restore Hyper Wellness
Restore Hyper Wellness is the award-winning creator of Hyper Wellness® — a revolutionary new category in health. With more than 200 studios across 40 states, we deliver innovative, science-backed therapies that empower clients to look and feel their best. By joining Restore, you become part of a movement dedicated to helping people expand their potential and do more of what they love.
At our Minnesota studios, medical services are a cornerstone of the client experience. Our nurses are not just clinicians — they are trusted advisors who help clients understand, pursue, and sustain their wellness goals. We lead with people-first values, clinical integrity, and a culture where the highest standards of care and genuine human connection are non-negotiable.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal Lead Registered Nurse is the clinical authority in the studio — the person the team looks to when a medical decision needs to be made, and the standard every other nurse is measured against. You bring advanced clinical expertise, sharp judgment, and a genuine commitment to client safety. You’ve earned the trust that comes with acute-care experience, and you bring that credibility into a fast-paced wellness environment without losing any of it.
But you’re more than a clinician. You’re a mentor who develops other nurses with intention, a communicator who can translate complex medical concepts for front desk staff and curious clients alike, and a leader who understands that clinical excellence and business performance are not in opposition — they reinforce each other. When the medical program thrives, clients get better outcomes and the studio grows.
You get that, and you build toward it.
You sit on the studio leadership team alongside the GM and AGM. That means you’re not just running a medical department — you’re helping shape the culture, the performance, and the reputation of the studio as a whole. This role requires consistent presence and sustained engagement: it is available at Full-Time or Primary status only. If you’re looking for a clinical role with real leadership scope and the satisfaction of seeing your clients’ lives genuinely improve — this is it.
Role Overview
As Lead Registered Nurse, you’ll lead Restore’s medical operations within the studio. You are both a practicing clinician and a department leader — responsible for delivering exceptional client care, overseeing safety and compliance, mentoring the nursing team, and ensuring medical services consistently deliver safe, effective, and transformative results.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager on the studio leadership team, partnering on medical staffing, performance initiatives, and the integration of clinical services into the broader studio operation. The nursing team you lead — which may include Full-Time, Primary, and Casual status nurses — looks to you for clinical guidance, scheduling direction, and professional development.
