Ecoflex Line Operator

This position is tasked with the safe operation of the Eco Flex and pre-insulated line. This equipment includes a screw extruder, corrugator and foam folders. In addition, this position is responsible for maintenance, process, and quality standards associated with the Eco Flex production. This position requires excellent communication skills needed to work closely with others including the ordering of materials. Delegates and prioritizes individual or team actions to enable Prioritizes daily activities and aligns actions to support overall function and business strategy.

• Operates the Ecoflex line and auxiliary equipment
• Performs required maintenance including changeovers
• Maintains accurate production paperwork
• Maintains communication with Supervisor
• Maintains quality standards
• Performs all tasks in a safe manner
• Changes belts, folders, corrugate blocks, materials and coils as required
• Schedules RAW materials deliveries and maintain the inventory
• Packages finished coils as required
• Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas - 5s.
• Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.

• High school education or equivalent, preferred manufacturing experience of 1-3 years.
• Fork truck certification

The expected compensation range for this position is $20.50-$30.20/hourly. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. Please note that this range represents the full base hourly rate for the role and hiring at or near the top of the range is uncommon to ensure room for future pay advancement.
