Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Lead to join our team at our Apple Valley location. The Kitchen Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Ensure all food is prepared and cooked according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
