Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure that all baked goods are of high quality and meet customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all orders are completed on time and to customer specifications
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
