We are seeking a reliable and efficient Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner will be responsible for ensuring that all food orders are accurately prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that all food orders are accurate and complete
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
