Deli clerk

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Deli Clerk to join our team at our Apple Valley location. The Deli Clerk will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving deli items, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve deli items
• Ensure that all food items are fresh and properly labeled
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces
• Stock and rotate deli items as needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Prior experience in a deli or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Bilingual is preferred
