Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services;
Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches;
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors, organizes and maintains the sales floor according to policies, procedures, and paperwork;
Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, forklift safety, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions;
Oversees merchandising presentation and product displays, pricing, stock, and cleanliness; monitors product quality and rotation; handles returns and shrink control.
