ARPwave is a neuromuscular therapy technology company trusted by medical providers, performance professionals, athletes, and over 500,000 patient to help improve muscle activation, strength, stability, and recovery from injury and surgery. ARPwave is hiring for a field sales position, someone who loves being in clinics, building relationships, and closing. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. You’ll be working leads, in front of decision-makers, expanding an existing provider footprint and turning conversations into revenue.
Whythis role is different
- Large revenue opportunity with a product that creates real demand and repeat business
- Existing doctor/provider network to accelerate growth (you’ll leverage and expand it)
- You’ll sell into a market that values outcomes: performance, rehab, recovery, and pain reduction
- High ownership: you control your pipeline, your schedule, and your results
- Work your territory in-person: clinics, practices, training facilities, and medical offices
- Build and manage a pipeline of providers (chiro, PT, med, sports performance, etc.)
- Run consultative demos and close sales of ARPwave systems/programs
- Develop referral channels and long-term accounts, not one-and-done transactions
- Track activity and performance, and bring feedback from the field back to the team
- Proven outside/field sales experience (medical, device, rehab, or performance preferred)
- You already have an existing doctor/provider network and can open doors fast
- Comfortable hunting: cold outreach, drop-ins, follow-ups, and closing
- Strong communication, professional presence, and high accountability
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally/regionally
- CRM and pipeline discipline
- Experience selling into clinical environments (preferred)
- High-commission / performance-based structure with significant upside
