Job Title & OverviewAccount Executive – responsible for delivering essential respiratory therapies, wound care, and diabetes management solutions. Passionate, results‑driven individuals who want to make a meaningful difference while earning top‑tier rewards are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas.
- Educate healthcare providers about Rotech’s products, services, and value‑based care.
- Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.
- Partner with our local team to ensure seamless service.
- Report sales activity and territory trends to management via call planner.
- Conduct in‑person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory.
- Attend Sales Academy and complete required training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Uncapped commission – high earnings based on performance.
- Quarterly bonuses for exceeding goals.
- Competitive base salary ($45k/yr base in MN for entry‑level; up to $55k/yr base for experienced candidates).
- Mileage reimbursement for rural travel.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Preferred: four‑year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in respiratory or medical sales preferred; 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales desirable.
- Leadership experience in other areas or fields preferred.
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record.
- Background check (company‑wide) and drug screen (when applicable). Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process (when applicable).
- Excellent communicator who can simplify complex topics and build trust.
- Highly motivated, self‑driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned rural territory.
- CRM experience and familiarity with sales platforms a plus.
- Motivated and self‑driven with a proven history of success in sales.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with email, internet research, and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with office equipment (fax machine, copier, printer, phone, computer/tab). Physical ability to lift office equipment as needed.
