The Lead Membership Sales Representative is responsible for driving membership sales, creating an energetic first impression for prospective members, and supporting the leadership team in day-to-day sales execution. This role serves as a key example for the Membership Sales Representative team by demonstrating strong sales behaviors, excellent customer service, and consistent follow‑up with leads and prospects.

This position also plays an important role in promoting Group Fitness by educating prospects and members on class offerings, instructor energy, schedules, and the value Group Fitness brings to the overall member experience.

This role offers strong upward growth opportunities across multiple verticals within the fitness business, including membership sales, operations, personal training, group fitness, and leadership development.

• Promote Group Fitness as part of the club culture and member journey.
• Maintain awareness of the Group Fitness schedule, class formats, and special events.

The Lead Membership Sales Representative role is designed as a strong development opportunity for team members looking to grow within the fitness industry.
