Sales Representative

Overview

Are you ready to get outside and make great things happen? Legacy Restoration is hiring multiple entry-level Sales Representatives to join our Minneapolis, MN team and help attract new customers. This full-time position combines base pay with commission, with earning potential starting at $70,000 per year.

We provide a vehicle stipend and logo gear, along with a terrific benefits package.

• Canvas different neighborhoods, engage with potential customers, and generate interest in our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
• Work independently with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Interact with homeowners in a professional and courteous manner, assess remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to understand customers’ situations.
• Explain Legacy Restoration services to customers and encourage them to book a service.
• Track progress and adjust strategies to close more deals.

Mon–Fri, 10:00 am–7:00 pm. Depending on the season, Saturdays may be required from 9:00 am–2:00 pm.

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
