Overview
* This position is In-Office located in Appleton, WI. No Remote or Hybrid Offerings Available.*
The General / Staff Accountant plays a key role on our team, contributing to a wide range of general accounting responsibilities while also providing valuable administrative support and collaboration across our Accounting and Tax departments. This is a full-time opportunity to join a welcoming, growth-minded environment where your attention to detail, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning will be appreciated and encouraged.
In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on exposure to many areas of accounting, and have a real impact on a daily basis!
Pay: $26 - $30 Hourly
Responsibilities- Analyze general ledger accounts and prepare year end work papers
- Prepare journal entries to correct general ledger balances
- Depreciation and fixed asset projects
- Input data into tax software
- Backup for bank reconciliations
- Support and collaborate with the accounting department on additional projects
Please note:

- Minimum Associates degree in accounting with 1 to 2 years accounting or tax experience Required
- Experience with partnership tax returns a plus
- Previous Experience with Multifamily Housing or Real Estate a plus
- Adept with Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in Excel
