Responsibilities
- Reconcile and prepare quarterly payroll reports and forms; prepare client financial statements.
- Age payroll reporting: reconcile payroll processes, determine correct tax withholding venues, reconcile tax payments, develop quarter‑end reports, determine responsibility for additional costs, prepare quarterly/annual tax forms, create and review W‑2 forms.
- General Ledger Accounting: assist clients in transferring financial information to the company, determine proper treatment of client checks/registers following GAAP, prepare monthly statements, reconcile client bank statements, respond to client financial questions.
- Internal Audit Functions: prepare monthly audit reports, audit internal processes for clients, identify processing gaps, train staff on errors, develop and assess internal/external processes to improve client service.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Medium to high proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; ability to multitask amid rapidly changing priorities.
- Sound analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills; understanding of quality standards for own work; ability to review own work.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for one‑on‑one or small‑group settings.

CompensationEstimated annual salary range: $50,000–$65,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
