Accounting Manager​/Supervisor

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be overseeing the financial and income tax operations with a focus on delivering superior services. Your role will involve managing a team of individuals to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

• Oversee and manage the financial operations within the team to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Lead in the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in all accounting functions
• Supervise and guide a team to support service delivery and enhance competency
• Actively participate in customer communication to uphold the firm’s reputation as a preferred service partner
• Utilize various Accounting Software Systems to facilitate operations
• Handle both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Conduct regular auditing and billing functions for accuracy and compliance
• Implement and manage the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for improved business process management
• Utilize tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Black Line, and Concur for efficient financial operations
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Familiarity with Black Line software is a must
• Proficiency in using Concur for expense management is necessary
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial
• Ability to manage various Accounting Functions effectively
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in Auditing procedures and regulations
• Ability to manage Billing Functions efficiently
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, laws, standards, and regulations
• Excellent communication skills for reporting financial information
• High attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical errors
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• CPA or relevant qualification is a plus
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor is desirable
