Accounting Analyst
Pay: $28.00/hour
Location: Appleton, WI
Schedule: Hybrid schedule, primarily onsite, with one day from home.

- Process cash applications and support order-to-cash activities.
- Research and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies and outstanding balances.
- Prepare and process credit memos and credit rebills.
- Complete recurring journal entries and assist with month-end accounting activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
- Review customer activity through portals and EDI systems while maintaining spreadsheets and records.
- 2+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
