Business Office Manager

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Business Office Manager based in the Wisconsin Fox Valley area. The Business Office Manager will manage day‑to‑day office operations, oversee administrative functions, ensure the effective use of office equipment, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient operational workflows within the office environment.

• 3–5+ years of experience in office management, operations coordination, or small business administration. Construction environment a plus!
• Strong organizational and process‑management skills in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment
• Experience supporting sales and operations teams with scheduling, documentation, and workflow coordination
• Working knowledge of invoicing, vendor management, and basic bookkeeping (Quick Books experience preferred)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and comfortable learning new systems (CRM, project management, scheduling tools)
• High attention to detail with strong follow‑through and accountability
• Clear communicator able to work effectively across office and field teams
• Proactive problem solver who improves systems rather than just maintains them
• Associste's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
