Location (city, state):
Remote (travel to site may be required for training) Compensation: $24–$27/hour

6-month temporary, with possibility to extend or convert

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of marketing and administrative experience (nonprofit, hospitality, education, or faith-based services preferred)
  • Experience supporting small teams or executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required), Zoom; experience with CRM systems a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident presenting to executives
  • Collaborative, self-starter, and mission-driven
  • Available to start February
Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist will provide administrative and marketing support across multiple areas, including content creation, social media management, promotional campaigns, and program utilization. This role offers broad exposure to organizational operations while supporting executives in marketing initiatives, retreat programs, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, digital presentations, and templates for executive use
  • Assist with social media strategy, content development, and email campaigns
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with executives to develop new programs, packages, and retreat offerings
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing effectiveness, bookings, and utilization metrics
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks for executives, including scheduling and documentation
  • Represent the organization at conferences, community events, and other public forums
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed
