* What you’ll do:

*** Provide administrative support to leadership, departments and teams.
* File maintenance, arranging meetings, correspondence and other administrative functions.
* Primary contact and support for external visitors and assisting with vendors.
* Must be able operate phone system and provide good customer service to callers.
** What you need to succeed:
*** HS Diploma/Equivalent
* 1-2 years office/administrative experience
* Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
* Excellent communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to maintain “confidential” information
* Demonstrated ability to handle multi-task functions

Up to $25.30/hour depending on experience and qualification#
