This position requires a high degree of professionalism, judgment, discretion, and alignment with Kohler’s values of stewardship, collaboration, and gracious living—supporting leaders so they can focus on delivering long‑term value for associates, customers, and communities.

Key Responsibilities Executive Partnership & Administrative Excellence
  • Serve as a strategic administrative partner to the CHRO, managing a highly complex calendar, travel, and meeting schedule across global time zones and operational priorities.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve conflicts to ensure the CHRO’s time is aligned with enterprise and operational objectives.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business and people‑related information.
Communication, Coordination & Relationship Management
  • Act as a key liaison between the CHRO and senior leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, and Enterprise functions.
  • Prepare, edit, and format executive‑level communications, presentations, and briefing materials reflective of Kohler’s leadership standards.
  • Foster strong, collaborative working relationships, enabling clear communication and alignment across a matrixed organization.
  • Operate 60-90 days ahead across calendar to prevent last‑minute escalations or conflicts, mitigating travel costs, identifying readiness gaps, and offering solutions.
Meeting, Forum & Event Management
  • Coordinate and support leadership meetings, operational reviews, executive forums, offsites, and board‑related activities. (KLT, HRLT, EMT, Board of Directors)
  • Develop agendas, compile materials, capture minutes, track actions, and follow up to ensure accountability and execution.
  • Support enterprise and functional leadership rhythms that promote operational excellence and disciplined execution.
Business & Operational Support
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and administrative approvals in alignment with Kohler policies and financial stewardship.
  • Support onboarding and integration of senior leaders and key hires within the Human Resources job family.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance effectiveness, applying a continuous improvement mindset.
Initiative & Project Support
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for key Human Resources initiatives sponsored by the CHRO.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines, supporting visibility and follow‑through on strategic priorities.
  • Compile data, reports, and summaries to support decision‑making and operational reviews.
Skills/Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C‑suite or senior leaders in an executive administrative role, preferably within operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, fast‑paced organization with confidence and agility.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a Chief Human Resources Officer or senior executive.
  • Familiarity with global environments, cultures, and time zones.
  • Strong executive presentation and material‑preparation skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, enterprise‑level organization.
