Badger Ham is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep our growing business running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working with a variety of people and projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily administrative operations while helping improve communication, scheduling, and office efficiency.
Position SummaryThe Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to company leadership and assist with a variety of office, project, and organizational tasks. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, order fulfillment
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for company leadership.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, conference registrations, and event planning.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items.
- Assist with document preparation, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain company files, records, and digital documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Assist with project tracking and follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor communications, and administrative needs.
- Support sales, operations, and management teams with special projects as needed.
- Help maintain company databases, contact lists, and customer information.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Previous administrative, office, executive assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Part-time position.

- Approximately 15–25 hours per week.
