We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office. The role requires a self‑motivated, resourceful individual with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support by scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Monitor emails and reply to all communications professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Use the company ERP & CRM system for sales and expense reporting and tracking efficiently.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams daily.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and Teams with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage special projects as assigned.
  • Update customer project schedules.
  • Serve as customer interface on schedules.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to set priorities, manage multiple deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Work in the corporate office; remote work is not allowed.
  • Willingness to work overtime to meet customer service requirements.
Preferred
  • Some college education or coursework.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative position.
