Administrative Assistant

Hours:Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Pay:$20.00/HR

Duties:

• Verify paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Print labels and prepare documentation for production, shipping, and inventory processes.
• Weigh products ranging from 4 to 8 pounds and accurately record measurements and related data.
• Enter and maintain information in computer systems and spreadsheets.
• Prepare and process product samples for shipment through UPS.
• Coordinate sample shipments and maintain shipping records.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain organized files, records, and documentation.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of business information.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, clerical, data entry, or office support experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with computers, printers, and basic office software.
• Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and reliability.
• Experience with shipping processes, UPS shipments, or logistics documentation is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
