• Automotive writers must understand vehicles to assist customers and technicians.
• Selling maintenance of vehicles to ensure proper performance
• Assist and consult with other automotive service writers in working toward customer satisfaction.
• The service writer should be able to interact with customers, explaining any issues found with the vehicle, as well as the options the customer has to rectify the problems found.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Good desktop computer knowledge, and typing skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to help
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining the best customer service
• Working knowledge of automobiles preferred.
