Inventory Specialist

Overview

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Using company-provided tools, the specialist documents vehicle conditions, includes a complete inventory and supporting photographs of each vehicle, directs traffic flow in the receiving area to ensure timely processing, and facilitates the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs.

• Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area.
• Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles.
• Determine operational capability of motor vehicles.
• Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of all materials used.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate handheld devices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual skill a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.29 per hour.
