Parts Counterperson

Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers while supporting our service department with timely and accurate parts fulfillment.

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Accurately process parts orders, invoices, returns, and credits.
• Maintain an organized parts inventory and ensure parts are properly stocked and labeled.
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to fulfill repair orders efficiently.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts inquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or special-order needs.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and customer-focused.
• Follow all dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred;
  Toyota experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify automotive parts using electronic catalogs and dealership management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Complete pre-employement drug screen.
