We are seeking a Product Manager – Talent Solutions RPO to help shape and scale our global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the development, evolution, and lifecycle management of RPO products, platforms, and enablement assets used across our global Talent Solutions business.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Technology, and Global Product teams to ensure our RPO offerings are market‑aligned, operationally viable, and ready for adoption across client segments.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building structured, scalable solutions in a complex, matrixed environment and wants to directly influence how RPO services are designed, delivered, and scaled globally.

What You’ll Do Build & Evolve RPO Solutions
  • Support the development and ongoing evolution of RPO products, service models, and platform‑enabled solutions across client segments
  • Refine existing offerings to improve scalability, delivery effectiveness, client outcomes, and market alignment
  • Contribute to a differentiated, data‑enabled RPO product portfolio that supports growth and innovation
Enable Adoption & Delivery Readiness
  • Inventory and manage RPO product assets, tools, platforms, and technologies, including documentation and adoption materials
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support assessment, enablement, and integration of recruitment platforms and analytics solutions
  • Help ensure solutions are operationally ready and consistently deployable across regions and client portfolios
  • Work with Product and Platform leadership to support product governance, lifecycle management, prioritization, and documentation standards
  • Contribute to PMO and content management frameworks that enable scalable product execution
  • Advise on product enhancements, prioritization, or retirement based on adoption, performance, and business objectives
How You’ll Work
  • Collaborate with Solution Design, Technology, Delivery, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Global partners
  • Participate in discovery sessions, pilots, and feedback loops to inform product evolution
  • Help create and maintain repeatable product playbooks, processes, and enablement materials
  • Balance strategic product thinking with hands‑on execution and coordination
What Success Looks Like
  • New or enhanced RPO products are designed, launched, and adopted across Sales and Delivery teams
  • RPO offerings demonstrate improved scalability, operational consistency, and client satisfaction
  • Product adoption contributes measurably to revenue growth and delivery effectiveness
  • Stakeholders view Product as a trusted partner supporting execution and innovation
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment, RPO, talent acquisition, workforce solutions, consulting, or related business roles
  • Strong understanding of RPO delivery models, recruitment technology, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed, global organization
  • Exposure to platform‑enabled recruitment solutions, ATS, CRM, analytics, or workforce technology ecosystems
